We are looking for a highly skilled Category Manager to join our team at India's most loved premium kidswear brand. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing D2C fashion brand and work directly with the founders and core team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Strategy: Develop profitability plans aligned with growth targets, identify revenue growth levers and monitor performance.
  • Inventory Management: Forecast demand based on data, seasonality & trends, ensure healthy inventory levels to reduce stock-outs & dead stock, partner with sourcing & production for timely replenishments.
  • Catalogue Development: Build collections that align with customer demand & brand identity, plan product mix across price points, characters & collections, track SKU-level performance to boost conversions and sell-through.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design on seasonal directions & briefs, collaborate with marketing & e-commerce for launches & visibility, share insights and reports with the team & leadership.

We seek a candidate with 2–5 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, or Merchandising (fashion/D2C preferred). Strong analytical & Excel/Google Sheets skills are essential. A sharp eye for product, pricing, and consumer trends in apparel is required. Ability to manage fast-paced timelines & multiple stakeholders is a must.
