Key Role: Marketing Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, paid ads) tailored to the U.S. healthcare market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives, sales targets, and client engagement strategies.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity across digital, print, and client-facing channels.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and client insights analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare and/or life sciences sectors.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms (HubSpot/Marketo, SEO tools, social media management).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare compliance standards required.
