Job Description

The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting senior executives by managing strategic initiatives, coordinating business reports, handling communication, and ensuring efficient follow-ups on delegated tasks. The EA acts as a trusted advisor and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Support:
    • Assist the CEO in identifying key business drivers and opportunities for expansion and growth.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
    • Provide regular reports and dashboards summarizing financials, sales, and operational data.
    • Prepare detailed presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Business Intelligence:
    • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports to track business performance and key metrics.
    • Ensure timely and accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
    • Work closely with different departments to collate necessary information for effective decision-making.
  • Communication Management:
    • Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and various internal and external stakeholders.
    • Draft emails, letters, reports, and other business correspondence as required.
    • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
    • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring agenda preparation and follow-ups.
  • Operational Support:
    • Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth workflow and time management.
    • Support the CEO in personal and professional administrative tasks.
  • Task Execution:
    • Ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by the CEO to various teams.
    • Maintain a tracking system to monitor progress on delegated projects and responsibilities.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on the status of pending tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
