Our client is a diversified conglomerate in the agri and industrial sectors. We are seeking a highly qualified and dynamic HR professional to lead the human resources function at their sugar and distillery plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all plant-level HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Manage industrial relations and maintain strong union/worker relationships while ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems.
  • Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and career development frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare regulations in line with factory and distillery operations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership, supporting productivity and workforce efficiency.
  • Manage disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with fairness and transparency.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and 15 years of experience in managing end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing setup. A deep understanding of labor laws, IR, and statutory compliance is essential for success in this role.
