Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy and execution for growth, aligning with product and marketing teams to deliver GTM plans for all business markets.
  • Cross-company and team collaboration with product and revenue operations leaders.
  • Strong understanding of product enhancements and procedures to support organizational goals.
  • Create and implement marketing plans in line with overall business objectives.
  • Use data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budget to drive sustainable bottom-line growth.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of scaling up from scratch.
  • Strong experience in growth hacking, product marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing.
  • Good knowledge of campaign management tools and web analytics tools.
  • Highly goal-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
