Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounting, finance, and statutory compliance.

The role is responsible for ensuring the financial health of the organization through accurate financial planning, robust accounting practices, and adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management:
      - Develop, monitor, and control budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
      - Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
      - Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting.
  • Statutory Compliance:
      - Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements, including tax filings, labour laws, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Treasury and Cash Flow Management:
      - Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
  • Risk Management and Internal Controls:
      - Establish, review, and strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Masters or CA/CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management roles.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
