Success Metrics:

  • Timeliness, accuracy, and clarity in financial reporting and MIS.
  • Effective management of cash flow, ensuring sustainable liquidity and optimized capital costs.
  • Zero compliance breaches and timely completion of regulatory filings.
  • Accuracy and strategic relevance of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
  • Operational financial efficiency gains and cost reductions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional Qualification: CA or CMA strongly preferred; MBA Finance or M.Com with exceptional relevant experience also acceptable.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in finance management, accounting, compliance, budgeting, and taxation.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, forecasting, cash flow management, regulatory compliance, and taxation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple financial functions in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar ERP/accounting software, advanced Excel skills, and comfortable with digital financial tools.
