Key Financial Management Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced financial manager to provide expert analysis and strategic planning for our clients.

As a key member of the team, you will utilize your expertise to analyze daily financial activities, identify areas for improvement, and provide valuable insights and recommendations to leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Reporting: Develop and implement budget plans, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to leadership.
  • Cost Control and Profitability: Analyze cost structures, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  • Tax and Compliance: Ensure accurate tax compliance, prepare tax returns, and maintain relationships with tax authorities.
  • Accounting and Audits: Maintain accurate financial records, perform audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Cost Center Management: Manage cost centers, allocate resources, and monitor expenses.
  • Government Grants Management: Identify and secure government grants, manage grant funding, and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
  • Lead Financial Meetings: Facilitate financial discussions, present financial data, and drive decision-making.
  • Deliver Reports and Metrics: Provide regular financial updates, metrics, and insights to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in finance or a related field is required, along with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
