Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures on public cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate application requirements into cloud architecture/infrastructure
  • Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures
  • Select the appropriate services based on compute, data, or security requirements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency with any public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and core infrastructure services
  • Experience hosting applications on GCP using Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Storage
  • Networking principles and protocols such as IP subnetting, routing, firewall rules, Virtual Private Cloud, Load Balancer, Cloud DNS, and Cloud CDN
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, Route 53/DNS, Clustering (EKS and ECS), Log Management, and IAM
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet/Chef)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Service Now, Incident Management, Change Management, and other ITIL processes
