Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to reach new families and maximize ROI and conversions.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and placements to drive growth and profitability.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights to prepare weekly reports.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with fashion or e-commerce brands, and a proven track record of running profitable ad campaigns.
