Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business results with integrity and building trusting relationships.

Key Result Areas
  1. Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure business decisions consider people implications and minimize company exposure.
  2. Employee Relationship Management: Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances, enhance employee satisfaction, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  3. Talent Management: Hire, retention programs, employee sensing, and rewards to keep the talent pipeline aligned with business strategy.
  4. Compensation and Benefits: Influence C&B strategy and policy, ensure its implementation across the business, and partner with specialists for efficient annual year-end compensation processes.
  5. Performance Appraisal: Conduct comprehensive appraisals, facilitate constructive communication, and career development programs to support employee growth.
  6. Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing HR data, generating reports, and maintaining key metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  8. Career Development: Lead career discussions and high-potential development programs to empower employees and advance within the organization.
  9. Event Planning: Organize engaging on-floor events and meetings to enhance team cohesion and contribute to a vibrant workplace environment.
