Overview

The Human Resources and Administration Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organisational success by effectively managing HR strategy and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate sectors.
  • Skills: Solid knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
