Advanced RPGLE Programmer

We are seeking a seasoned programmer to fill a role involving hands-on experience in the IBM AS400 iSeries platform and proficiency in RPG/CL programming.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create, debug, and optimize RPG/CL programs using Integrated Language Environment (ILE)
• Develop sub-procedures, subroutines, and service programs for enhanced system functionality
• Utilize SEU, PDM, DFU, and spool files effectively for efficient workflow management
• Work with iSeries Navigator and Integrated File System (IFS) to ensure seamless data integration
• Design and implement web services, XML, HTML, and JavaScript as required
• Collaborate with clients to deliver projects successfully and meet their expectations
• Mentor junior developers in development and project delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in IBM AS400 iSeries platform and RPGLE programming
• Proficiency in Integrated Language Environment (ILE)
• Ability to create sub-procedures, subroutines, and service programs
• Knowledge of SEU, PDM, DFU, and spool files
