Software Developer - Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced software developer with expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management, scripting, and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter 9.x and later versions.
  • Design and develop robust IDMC solutions with or without CAI experience.
  • Work collaboratively with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
  • Create and execute Unix scripts, commands, and file handling tasks.
  • Write basic Python code and apply it to solve complex problems.
  • Write optimized SQL/PL-SQL queries and codes.
  • Perform thorough data testing and validation tasks.
  • Deploy code and work seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure Data Engineering Stack (Glue, ADF, S3, ADF) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools like Apache Airflow and Ctrl-M is advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Informatica PowerCenter 9.x and later experience.
  • IICS/IDMC experience with or without CAI experience.
  • Database - Oracle, SQL server, DB2 etc.
  • Unix Scripts/commands/file handling.
  • Python exposure at least basic knowledge.
  • SQL/PL-SQL queries/code writing experience.
  • Data Testing/Validation experience.
  • Code Deployment , CI/CD pipelines exposure.
  • AWS/Azure Data engineering stack i.e. Glue, ADF, S3, ADF (Good to have).
  • Scheduling Tools like Apache Airflow, Ctrl-M exposure.
