Software Development Manager Job

We are looking for a skilled Software Development Manager to oversee the development of our web-based applications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to lead a team and make a meaningful contribution to our company's success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing software development projects, leading teams, and working with Agile methodologies. They should be able to design, develop, and deploy web-based applications using C#, .Net Core, ReactJs, and React Native. Additionally, they should have knowledge of network concepts, architecting and developing integration projects using web services, and overseeing code development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance application features
  • Pitch ideas and test new approaches
  • Manage full life cycle of supported applications
  • Support application outages and resolve escalated incidents
  • Collaborate with other development teams for integration and deployment
  • Write and deliver complex code and modules to meet requirements
  • Design, code, test, debug, and implement high-quality software

Requirements:

  • 9 to 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications
  • Experience in development of web-based applications using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core)
  • Experience with React Native & offline database
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams
  • Demonstrable knowledge in tuning and maintaining of MS-SQL Server, stored procedures, and T-SQL
  • Knowledge of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON)
  • Sound understanding of Test tools usage of CI-CD pipeline, Kubernetes
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
