Senior Software Development Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Lead to oversee the design, development and delivery of SAP BTP applications and integrations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage technical expertise to lead cross-functional teams and drive project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement software solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project goals, define scope and manage timelines.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and methodologies, applying insights to improve software development processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in leading software development teams and driving complex initiatives.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
  • Expertise in SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry and SAP Integration Suite, as well as proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools.
  • Strong understanding of database modeling, data warehousing and data analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate in a global environment.
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus, as is experience in consulting and effort estimations for new applications or extensions of existing ones.
