As a Technical Lead, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of our platform. This involves mentoring team members and delivering production-ready code.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, coding, testing, and debugging skills, along with experience leading junior developers.

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in core Java, including Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot is required.
  • Experience with web services standards and related technologies such as HTTP, Spring, XML, JSON, and REST is necessary.
  • Solid understanding of database technologies and SQL and JPA is also essential.
  • Hands-on experience with creating REST APIs and JSON is highly valued.
  • Good experience working in Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS, and Queuing systems is also beneficial.

We are looking for someone who can work independently with minimal supervision and be highly self-motivated and directed.
