Key IT Support Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our organization in the UAE. As a vital member of our NOC support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance and resolving complex issues related to IT infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 1 technical support for IT infrastructure

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in NOC support

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
