Job Title: State Marketing Manager

Role Summary:

  • As a State Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing efforts in your state, ensuring that our brand is visible and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outlet Management: Conduct market recce with sales team to evaluate and finalize outlets. Ensure installations and maintenance at vendor outlets, as well as acknowledgement and clearance of bills according to PO.
  2. Brand Communication and Visibility: Help develop brand communication options across various channels. Co-ordinate with vendors to oversee signage execution. Execute agreed visibility strategy and track/monitor visibility execution.
  3. Budget Management: Coordinate with manpower agency for various activities, such as claim settlement. Ensure accurate spend of budgets at the state level.
  4. Analytics: Monitor and report performance to Customer Marketing Manager and support in defining actionable learning for improvement. Provide feedback to regional marketing team and sales team for improvement based on competitor analysis and performance wrt plan.
  5. Training Promoters: Responsible for training and development of third-party execution force through on-the-job training & scheduled training calendar in co-ordination with Regional/National Trade Marketing. Induct and train promoters as per incentive schemes. Ensure sales team alignment to marketing activity and standards through regular communication and formal meetings.

Requirements:
