About the Role

The Cloud Native Application Architect will be responsible for designing, architecting, and overseeing the development of cloud-native applications using modern frameworks and technologies. With 7-8 years of experience in cloud-native and full-stack development, the candidate will work across various projects and lead technical teams. Exposure to industries like Financial Services, Healthcare, and Manufacturing is an added advantage.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of scalable systems using Node.js/React/Angular (front-end) with Python-based backend technologies.
  • Oversee the integration and deployment of applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software architecture and design robust solutions.
  • Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in development, testing, and production environments.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and middleware components to connect front-end interfaces with backend services.
  • Collaborate with database administrators to design and implement efficient data storage solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Implement security best practices in middleware and backend services, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in cloud-native and full-stack development, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation and technical specifications.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the development process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, or Angular.
  • Extensive experience with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including database schema design and query optimization.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with security protocols and authentication mechanisms.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and best practices for service design and implementation.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
