Optimizing Application Performance

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our applications.
\The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering, with strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
\They should also have good knowledge of monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, etc., and server log analysis.
\Additionally, expertise in JVM/GC tuning, thread dump/heap dump analysis, and performance bottleneck resolution is highly desirable.
\You will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing performance tests (Load, Stress, Endurance, etc.), developing test strategies, workload models, and performance test plans.
