We are seeking a skilled performance engineer with excellent technical and communication skills to work on performance testing of various software applications.
Responsibilities include defining, developing, and applying performance/scalability benchmarks, working in cross-functional teams to characterize, debug, and improve system performance and scalability, using profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis, devising and running experiments to evaluate the performance impacts of system changes, planning and executing performance tests using automated environments, analyzing results, participating in architecture and design reviews ensuring quality in cross-team engineering efforts.
The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in software testing, strong experience in performance testing of SAP applications, proficiency in programming languages (Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, C++), experience with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, SoapUI, Postman), knowledge of service-oriented architecture, RESTful APIs, and performance-tuning SQL queries, extensive hands-on experience with JVM tuning techniques, experience with performance monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics), ability to efficiently use profiling tools to identify bottlenecks, experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies, experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), expertise in SAP BTP platform optimization and its components, knowledge of BTP technologies like Smart Data Integration (SDI) and SCP iOS SDK mobile app performance testing, experience with application & database monitoring in SAP BTP using Kibana, HANA DB cockpit, understanding of machine learning algorithms and O-Notation, proficient in relational and in-memory databases, code management experience using Git.
Requirements:- 6+ years of experience in software testing.
