Property Valuation Specialist

Evaluate property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism. Analyze residential and commercial properties to ensure accurate and informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of property deals, considering factors such as ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, and GDV.
  • Review floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents, and other key materials to identify potential risks and rewards.
  • Maintain and update deal analysis spreadsheets to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare comprehensive written summaries of deals, including go/no-go recommendations for business decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work.
  • Understanding of key terms, including yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, and LTV.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle critical decisions under pressure.
  • Integrity and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
