Property Deal Evaluation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled individual to assess property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

You will be responsible for reviewing deals, analyzing financial data, checking refurbishment estimates, and making recommendations on whether deals stack. Your analysis will directly impact real-money decisions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents, and other key information
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Maintaining and utilizing our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing detailed deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting work
  • Taking ownership of your evaluation — your recommendations matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal you review
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous — you check your work three times, not once
  • Can handle important decisions under pressure
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve
  • Strong integrity — you're careful because the numbers matter
