We are seeking a talented professional to join our investments team.

This key leadership role will support analysis and research at every stage of the investment decision, risk management and investment monitoring process.

The focus will be on various aspects of institutional investing, including data collection and analysis, investment strategies research, performance reporting and related investment consulting support functions.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for clients
  • Analyze performance of different investment options and overall plans
  • Communicate with investment and custodians to gather client-specific data for reporting
  • Manage client communications and reviews, ramp-ups and ongoing transitions
  • Define, delegate, monitor and participate in employee engagement activities
  • Mentor and lead a team of analysts across different processes
  • Own accountability by troubleshooting issues on projects
  • Drive Process Improvements
  • Manage relationships with BusinessProcess Owners and senior management
  • Ensure exceptional client experience
  • Ensure compliance with internal and client policies
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Graduate degree in finance (in addition to accounting, economics or mathematics) and progress towards CFA and CIPM certifications
  • Knowledge of Python and SQL
  • Strong understanding and proper usage of investment-related terminology
  • Experience in analyzing investment portfolios or researching investment managers
  • Computations of returns for clients
  • Exposure to Global Capital Markets and working knowledge of various Asset Classes and Investment Strategies
  • Good command on MS Office applications
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize time effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills
