Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Leader

This is a high-level position that focuses on leading real estate investments and asset management efforts. The right candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, structure, and execute real estate acquisitions across India, focusing on industrial parks.
  • Develop detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and scenario analyses to inform investment decisions.
  • Create optimal tax and capital structures for new acquisitions in collaboration with legal and financial advisors.
  • Prepare investment memos, approval notes, and presentations for internal stakeholders and investment committee reviews.
  • Manage due diligence processes and develop transaction term sheets with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee key asset management functions to drive value creation and monitor asset performance.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to fund investors on development and financial milestones.
  • Analyze relevant government policies and regulations impacting industrial and real estate development.
