As a Counselor, you will engage with leads generated through campaigns, webinars & website inquiries, understand learner goals and recommend the right course fit, pitch premium programs and certifications that boost employability in finance, build strong rapport via calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups, own and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, career counseling, or consultative roles
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills
  • Experience in selling high-ticket or premium education offerings (preferred)
  • Understanding of finance, investment banking, or accounting careers (a plus)
  • Proficient with CRM tools (like NPF/LSQ) and lead tracking
  • Goal-driven with a passion for learner success
