**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting audits.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage accounts payable application and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Register payments in the finance book and ensure all invoices are captured in the financial system.
  • Coordinate with other departments on financial matters and liaise with vendors/suppliers for invoice clarification.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and standards.
