Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to play a key role in evaluating revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations, and analyzing contract clauses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate revenue recognition of specified divisions, reviewing contracts and interpreting financial implications.
  • Analyze contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities.
  • Ensure contract terms comply with legal requirements and policies.
  • Assist in client-initiated project audits and project-specific financial audits.
  • Create and maintain operational project financial reports.
  • Perform analysis on project level financials and act as subject-matter expert of project financials.
  • Present financial data to business partners and contribute meaningfully to the conversation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce/Accounting or Finance.
  • Preferred qualifications include Inter CA / CPA / CMA certifications.
  • Graduate in Commerce/Accounting with 4 years of experience preferred.
  • 6 years professional work experience preferred, preferably in the construction/engineering industry with exposure to construction accounting guidance.
  • Experience with Oracle and Microsoft applications; Excel and Power BI is preferred but not required.
