Job Overview
The ideal candidate will manage the technical aspects of HCM Cloud, including OTBI/BIP Reporting, HDL/HSDL, and HCM Extracts. They will develop and support business rules using Fast Formulas and have knowledge of Bursting and Personalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain existing reports to meet business needs.
- Manage approval rules and security for a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with the QA team during integration testing to ensure smooth transitions.
- Attend daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress and address concerns.
