HCM Cloud Implementation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to play a crucial role in the successful implementation of HCM Cloud projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enabling go-lives, resolving issues, building proof-of-concepts, and enhancing existing tools and accelerators.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in multiple HCM Cloud modules, exposure to the entire suite, and hands-on experience with Oracle Data Management (ODA). You will also have a proven track record of working as a functional lead or architect for implementing HCM Cloud in various geographies.
- Enable successful go-lives for HCM Cloud implementation projects
- Resolve issues in implementation projects, build POCs during the sales cycle, work on enhancing existing tools & accelerators, build new tools & accelerators
- Identify & resolve issues that are encountered during test cycles
- Be a subject matter expert in a functional capacity across HCM Cloud modules / must have expertise in multiple modules and should have exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite
- Have exposure to ODA in a functional capacity
- Have worked as a functional lead / architect for implementing HCM Cloud for one or more geographies (EMEA, APAC, North America, Latin America)
