Finance & Accounts Manager Job Description:

Job Summary

Oversee the smooth execution of all accounting and statutory operations as a seasoned finance professional in this leadership role.

  • Daily accounting operations, including payments, receipts, ledger management, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.
  • Guide teams managing accounts payable, receivables, general ledger, budgeting, and fixed assets for operational efficiency.
  • Maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Facilitate year-end closure, GST and Income Tax filings, ROC filings, and audits (internal and statutory).
  • Analyze and reconcile variances related to income, expenditures, payables, and receivables.
  • Maintain accurate cost records and related accounting documentation.
  • Implement and manage robust internal financial controls.
  • Act as a liaison between operations and finance teams to resolve concerns effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ensure you possess the following essential qualifications:

  • CA Qualified with 3+ years of experience or CA Intermediate with 5+ years of experience or Commerce Graduates (B.Com/M.Com) with 10+ years of experience.
  • Expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, and company law.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and familiarity with enterprise software.
