We are seeking an accomplished Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert to spearhead the development of innovative solutions.

In this role, you will lead the charge in differentiating our technical capabilities and develop deep solution knowledge. Your expertise will be leveraged to share intellectual property across various regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consulting services including discovery, design, build, deployment, test, pilot, documentation, and transition phases.
  • Assist customers in resolving highly technical and complex problems.
  • Work effectively within political, cost, and technical constraints to provide the most appropriate solution for the client.
  • Focus on assisting the practice team to meet the Services Practice's financial targets.
  • Effectively and consistently report project status back to project managers during project execution.
  • Assist with project closure by developing project artifacts and participating in project lessons learned.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a development or support role within a Microsoft environment.
  • Substantial experience in technical roles within a Services environment.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in MS Dynamics 365, Dataverse, D365 Customer Service.
  • Extensive experience with CRM Configuration and Customization, including integration and data migration.
  • Solid understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party Applications.
  • Power Platform:
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Canvas Apps.
  • Working knowledge with hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Pages, and AI Builder.
  • Experience with the Power Platform Center of Excellence Toolkit.
  • Development Background (Good to have): Experience in CSS, HTML, Sitecore, and Methodologies: Best practice and implementation experience with Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to map clients' business needs to Insight's technology solution offerings.
  • Documentation & Communication:
  • Ability to write quality high-level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps, and technical documentation that clearly communicate customer vision.
  • Excellent written (documentation) and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop robust client relationships.
