Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Core HR module to ensure data integrity and compliance with HR policies.
  • Configure payroll settings, manage payroll runs, resolve payroll-related issues, and ensure accurate calculations.
  • Implement absence management policies and configurations, support leave requests and approvals, and ensure compliance with absence regulations.
  • Configure talent management modules, including performance and goals, and support talent reviews and succession planning.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules. A strong problem-solving skillset, attention to detail, and excellent communication and documentation skills are essential for effectively translating business requirements into functional solutions.
