Job Title: Placement Strategist

The Anudip Foundation seeks an experienced individual to take up the role of Placement Strategist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing placements to students with relevant jobs in the IT domain and monitoring their life cycle to ensure standard outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify major employers for urban placement opportunities for Anudip students.
  • Coordinate with branches regarding placement procedure and placed students.
  • Maintain documents related to pre-placement and post placement.
  • Conduct job market studies.
  • Regularly coordinate with respective managers and trainers.

Desired Profile:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in placement of students from skilling/training/educational institute.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience and perseverance.
  • Good knowledge and relations with corporates.
  • Inclination towards society and working for marginalized communities.

Requirements:

  • Student placement for the course/batch.
  • Corporate tie-ups for student placements.
