Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled 3D Layout Designer with at least one year of experience to join our creative team. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting accurate, visually striking designs that resonate with clients' expectations while enhancing project attractiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design 3D layout plans proficiently utilizing available space and adhering to design guidelines.
  • Generate building elevation illustrations and comprehensive interior layouts for multiple residential initiatives.
  • Deliver superior walkthrough presentations to demonstrate design ideas to clients.
  • Collaborate with the design team to maintain consistency and comply with project specifications.
  • Modify designs based on client inputs and project demands.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in a related discipline, ideally in Interior Design or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in 3D layout design.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion.
  • Solid understanding of interior space planning and design methodologies.
  • Preferred: Female candidates under 30 years.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and autonomy to work within project timelines.

Estimated Salary:$85,000 - $115,000 per annum
