Job Summary:

We seek an experienced 3D Layout Designer with at least one year of professional experience to join our creative team. Your primary responsibilities will include designing 3D layout plans, developing building elevation concepts, and executing interior design plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design 3D layout plans that effectively utilize available space and adhere to design guidelines.
  • Generate building elevation illustrations and comprehensive interior layouts for multiple residential projects.
  • Deliver immersive walkthrough presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and compliance with project specifications.
  • Modify designs in response to client feedback and project requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in a related field, preferably in Interior Design or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in 3D layout design.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion.
  • Solid understanding of interior space planning and design principles.
  • Preferred: Female candidates under 30 years.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within project timelines.

Annual Salary:$95,000 - $125,000
