Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented 3D Layout Designer with a minimum of one year of professional experience to join our creative team. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include crafting 3D layout designs, developing building elevation concepts, and executing interior design plans, which may involve creating engaging visual walkthroughs. Success in this role will entail producing accurate, visually striking designs that resonate with our clients' expectations while enhancing the overall project attractiveness.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design 3D layout plans that proficiently utilize available space and adhere to design guidelines.
  • Generate building elevation illustrations and comprehensive interior layouts for multiple residential initiatives.
  • Deliver superior, immersive walkthrough presentations to effectively demonstrate design ideas to clients.
  • Work closely with the design team to maintain consistency and comply with project specifications.
  • Modify designs in response to client inputs and project demands, ensuring compatibility with construction processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in a related discipline, ideally in Interior Design or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in 3D layout design.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion.
  • Solid understanding of interior space planning and design methodologies.
  • Preferred: Female candidates under 30 years.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and capability to work autonomously while adhering to project timelines.
