Senior Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments, including leading research mapping, candidate engagement, and client relationship management.

You will work closely with consultants to prepare client presentations, anticipate client requirements, and proactively provide information relevant to meetings. You will also be responsible for formulating research strategies, mapping the universe of an assignment, and taking ownership of research reports.

In addition, you will assist consultants in delivering pitches, creating proposal documents, and job specifications. You will also be responsible for interviewing candidates, conducting due diligence on shortlisted candidates, and promoting the company as a provider of executive search.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bright, articulate (both oral and written) and well presented
  • Well organized with a calm, unflappable temperament
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • First rate organizational skills
  • Proactive, willing and adaptable
