Lead AI/ML Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy AI/ML models and Generative AI applications to drive business innovation.

Utilize LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, Azure, and Databricks for scalable AI deployments.

  • Design and implement multi-step reasoning and decision-making systems.
  • Build data ingestion and retrieval pipelines for structured/unstructured data.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Product Managers to productionize AI solutions.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML/GenAI workflows and support MLOps best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML & Generative AI development.
  • Strong expertise in RAG, LLMs, and Agentic AI implementations.
  • Proficient in LangChain, LlamaIndex, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Deep Learning frameworks.
  • Practical experience with Azure cloud, Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow).
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate.
  • Experience with AutoGPT, CrewAI, or other agent frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and Databricks ML tools.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in agile teams and adapt to changing requirements.
