Job Overview

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and skilled professional looking to develop their career in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). As a Python AI/ML Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend solutions using Python, with a strong focus on AI/ML applications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement Backend Solutions: Develop high-quality software solutions primarily using Python, incorporating AI/ML concepts and techniques to drive innovation and improvement.
• Develop RESTful APIs: Build scalable and efficient RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks, serving AI-powered features and enhancing user experience.
• Build Frontend Interfaces: Create responsive and intuitive frontend user interfaces using React to visualize and interact with complex AI models and data.
• CLOUD AND AI SERVICES: Utilize the Azure cloud platform (or similar) for application development and deployment, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape.
• Generative AI Architectures: Design and implement Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, to enhance model capabilities and provide context-aware responses.
• Large Language Models Integration: Work with and integrate various Large Language Models (LLMs), exploring fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimal model selection to drive business value.
• Agentic AI Workflows: Develop and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration tools, enabling autonomous and multi-step reasoning.
• Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including AI Researchers and Data Scientists, to translate cutting-edge research into impactful, deployable solutions.
• Staying Updated: Proactively stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in AI-driven development.

• React Experience: Hands-on experience with React for frontend development.
• Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform (or similar) services, ideally including AI/ML services.
• API Development: In-depth knowledge of API development, preferably with FastAPI.
• Generative AI Concepts: Demonstrated experience or strong theoretical understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and their applications.
• RAG Systems: Familiarity with or direct experience in building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.
• Agentic AI Interest: Experience with or keen interest in Agentic AI and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration tools.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge sharing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work both independently, taking ownership of tasks, and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
• Hackathons and Competitions: Participation in Hackathons/Coding competitions, especially those focused on AI/ML, is a significant plus, demonstrating initiative and practical problem-solving.
• Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies, including those specific to AI/ML model evaluation.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• DevOps and Cloud-Native: Knowledge of DevOps and cloud-native development (Docker, Kubernetes), particularly in the context of deploying AI/ML models, is a strong plus.

Work Arrangements

• Shift Timing: Working in 2pm to 11pm Shift.
• Office Location: Working from office in Chennai.
