We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Tech Lead to join our organization. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation and deliver measurable business value.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, artificial intelligence, or data science, with 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI solutions in production environments. You will be proficient in AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business leaders, to ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, and ethically aligned with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Architecting and implementing AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing IT and data infrastructure;
- Leading cross-functional delivery teams through the full AI solution lifecycle;
- Evaluating and recommending AI/ML platforms, frameworks, and tools;
- Establishing best practices for model development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management;
- Mentoring and evangelizing AI adoption and architectural vision across the organization.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or data science;
- At least 5 years of experience in AI solution design and implementation;
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn);
- Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
