Sales Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Territory Sales Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales strategies for your assigned territory.

You will be responsible for planning activities, supporting customers in using company resources and promotional activities as identified by the Regional Sales Manager's strategies. Your primary objective will be to connect with top surgeons and key opinion leaders, conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, and ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
  • Building strong relationships with customers, including top surgeons and KOLs
  • Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve better results
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Pharmacy
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical device industry
  • Strong leadership skills, analytical skills, and proficiency in interpreting market trends and customer behavior
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales objectives and contributing to overall business success
Compensation Package:

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on location and experience. A comprehensive compensation package will be offered, including benefits and incentives that reflect your contributions to the company's growth and success.
