Identifies opportunities and work in the secondary market which includes Architects, Reputed Builders, Interior Decorators, Large Paint Contractors etc. and create awareness for MRF Vapocure Paints.
- To generate leads from this secondary market and pass it on to the Sales Team for further follow-up and monitor that those leads are converted to sales.
- To work closely with Govt./ Semi Govt. organizations for necessary approvals for the MRF Vapocure Paint brands.
- To participate in the tender business of these Govt./Semi-Govt. organizations.
- To identify Architects specializing in Industries Segment and Specialised Floor Coating Applicators for promoting Floor Coating business.
- To organize Architect meets and other b2c/b2b events, where required.
Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Assertiveness, Negotiation Skills, Prospecting Skills, Result Orientation, Creativity, Independence, Motivation, Ability to deal with pressure, Excellent Language Skills (English and Hindi)
**Qualifications Required**:
Bachelor Degree like BSc / B.Com / BE or Btech. A Post Graduate Degree in Management is preferable.
**Reporting**
Reports in to either the Area Sales Manager or the Regional Sales Manager.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
