Job Description\Helpers to Support the OKTA Platform:

The primary function of this role is to ensure the seamless operation and management of the OKTA platform. This entails overseeing the deployment, integrations, and migrations to IDAM platforms, with a focus on maximizing security, organizational collaboration, and lifecycle automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the OKTA technical team in providing assistance for the complex platform and large, diverse user base.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external customers to deliver a first-class service experience.
  • Ensure audit standards are adhered to regarding attestations and identity management.
  • Assist in reporting on all aspects of the OKTA environments for security and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with the IDAM Architects to implement strategic objectives.
  • Provide technical support to a wide user base.
  • Support application integrations into the OKTA service for authentication and authorization purposes.
  • Configure Org2org and SCIM settings within OKTA.
  • Manage designated technical team members.
\Required Skills and Qualifications\Primary Requirements:

Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Okta Administrator certification or equivalent experience in another Identity product.
  • Good understanding of IDAM solutions, particularly Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, and AWS.
  • Knowledge of SSO implementations, including SAML/OpenID integrations.
  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience in IDAM support and implementations.
  • Experience with conditional access controls on access management solutions.
  • Product management and support skills.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with various technologies, including AD/LDAP, AAD, SCCM, Citrix, and Group Policy.
