Job Description

  • Support and maintain Identity Manager (IDM) infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
  • Develop, implement, and update IDM workflows, drivers, and connectors to support business requirements.
  • Perform configuration, customization, and integration of IDM with various connected systems.
  • Provide technical expertise during onboarding of new applications and systems into the IDM ecosystem.
  • Perform regular IDM system maintenance tasks, including driver health checks, resource management, patching, connector upgrades, and log management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IDM and associated LDAP directories.
  • Document detailed solution designs, integration approaches, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and ensure compliance with defined security and operational standards.
  • Manage Business As Usual (BAU) support activities, including incident, problem, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) management.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in providing technical guidance to helpdesk and end-users related to Identity and Access Management (IAM) services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Infrastructure, and Development teams, to drive continuous improvements in access management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM).
  • Proficient in LDAP directory services and eDirectory.
  • Solid knowledge of Web Services, Java, and SAML/OAuth integrations.
  • Experience in creating and managing IDM workflows, drivers, connectors, and reporting.
  • Expertise in system troubleshooting, patching, and connector maintenance.
  • Experience in performing DR tests and maintaining system availability.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Good documentation and technical writing capabilities.
