Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute quality assurance activities on the Trading Platform, ensuring functionality, performance, and stability across various environments.
  • Own and manage the QA lifecycle for the trading platform, including planning, test case development, execution, and defect management.
  • Work closely with trading and IT teams to understand system requirements, user needs, and business processes to identify critical areas for testing.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for Endur and related tools, including integration, regression, functional, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure proper testing coverage for new functionalities, features, and system integrations.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing support for both technical and non-technical issues.
  • Define, implement, and enforce quality best practices, standards, and methodologies across all projects.
  • Ensure the integrity of test data, environments, and processes, maintaining high-quality testing accuracy.
