About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design studio, you will assist in the design and development of workplace projects from concept to execution.

  • Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations that bring clients' vision to life.
  • Work on detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs that meet high standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required.
  • Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions to share your ideas and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design Development: Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations that bring clients' vision to life.
  2. Technical Skills: Work on detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs that meet high standards.
  3. Project Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision to ensure seamless project delivery.
  4. Site Support: Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required.
  5. Research and Development: Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
  6. Team Collaboration: Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions to share your ideas and insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors that inspire and delight.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office to drive creativity and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment that fosters growth and learning.
