Senior Architect Position

This role involves overseeing architectural projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring design standards and client requirements are met. The Senior Architect will lead the architectural design process, collaborating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to develop innovative, sustainable architectural solutions.

  • Design Leadership: Lead the architectural design process, focusing on creative, functional, and compliant designs.
  • Project Management: Manage architectural projects, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Project Managers: Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure effective execution of the design vision.
  • Code Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Mentorship and Team Development: Mentor junior architects and design staff, offering guidance on design processes and professional development.
  • Sustainability and Innovation: Promote sustainable design practices and materials in architectural solutions, minimizing environmental impact.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect (RA or equivalent certification) is preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record in leading complex projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
  • Proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
