Job Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to lead our team at a multinational firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development fundamentals and technologies, with expertise in modern frontend technologies such as React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).


The role requires a deep understanding of software development principles, performance optimization, and debugging tools. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills in English and be comfortable working on time-bound projects.


About the Role


  • Drive front-end development projects forward
  • Collaborate with development lead, UI/UX designers, and support team to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Lead the development lifecycle from requirement analysis to completion and maintenance ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, coding standards, and technical design
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues and provide timely technical support and resolution
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices in software development
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, software development trends, and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee cross-functional teams and drive project execution
  • Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable frontend code
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software development
  • Strong understanding of web development fundamentals and technologies
  • Experience with performance optimization and debugging tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English
